Terms of Use

These terms cover visiting TILT and using this website to reserve a seat. Read them once and you are set. The club is built for play; the rules below keep the floor fair, the gear working, and the room welcoming for everyone who books a station.

Booking a seat

A booking made through this site is a request to hold a specific row and time block. We confirm the seat under the name you provide. Please arrive on time — if you are running late, tell the front desk and we will hold the chair where we can. Walk-ins are welcome whenever seats are free, but a confirmed booking takes priority for that station.

Hours and sessions

Opening hours are posted on the home page and may shift around holidays or maintenance. Session blocks run for the length you select — an hour, three hours, an evening, or an overnight run on weekends. You may pause a session for a short break; let the desk know so we hold your seat rather than releasing it.

Conduct on the floor

Keep it friendly. Loud celebrations are fine; harassment, threats, and abuse are not, and they end a session immediately. Respect your neighbours' space and volume, clean up after snacks, and treat staff decisions on seating and conduct as final. The one rule we let lean is the encouragement to actually enjoy yourself.

Equipment and your own gear

Every station is set up, cleaned, and checked between sessions, including a level check on each monitor. You are welcome to plug in your own mouse, keyboard, or headset using the spare ports provided. Please do not open, reconfigure, or remove any club hardware. Report a fault to the desk rather than trying to fix it yourself, and let us know about accidental damage so we can sort it fairly.

Age and supervision

Younger visitors are welcome under the supervision arrangements the venue sets at the door. Staff may ask for reasonable details to confirm a booking belongs to the person using the seat.

Entertainment only

TILT is a recreational computer club. Sessions are timed play on gaming stations — there are no cash prizes, no wagering, and no gambling of any kind on the premises or through this site.
